Challenge- so much attention on services industries . How do we grow the economy as well?
It's amazing how quickly things change. We need to remain aware of the recent changes.
If so many positions will have shortages, is there any effort to re-align industries or share between industries?

Surprising: SOO many career clusters are in demand, often times it's ALL of the clusters in a career field.
Erin, you did a fantastic job of concisely sharing this information! Thank you. One of the issues I see as a challenge is implementing the certification programs at the secondary levels due to lack of funding and preoccupation responding currently to COVID and community/parent needs -

Instilling a growth mindset in all job seekers to consider training and jobs that they haven't considered in the past.
We need students and parents to have more awareness of the future workforce needs.
